IMPACTA LAW, jointly with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, invites you to an online panel discussion on U.S. public markets as a route to capital, a broader investor base and international growth for Ukrainian companies.

The topic is no longer theoretical. In August 2025, Kyivstar became the first Ukrainian company whose shares are traded on a U.S. stock exchange, following its business combination with Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I. Kyivstar will share the issuer’s perspective on the panel.

The discussion will address whether U.S. investors are prepared to take Ukrainian risk while the war continues, before examining the de-SPAC route and comparing it with a traditional IPO. The speakers will also consider the defence sector.

The panel will conclude with the legal work required on both sides of a transaction, from SEC disclosure and holding structures to due diligence, currency controls and martial-law restrictions affecting Ukrainian issuers.
