In today’s business environment, the majority of NDA and NCA agreements remain mere formal templates, rendering them ineffective during actual legal disputes.

True protection of corporate interests requires a deep alignment of agreements with internal processes and the elimination of any ambiguous interpretations.

The webinar focused on transitioning from abstract wording to precise liquidated damages mechanisms, that significantly simplify the enforcement of rights in court.

Particular attention was given to the "reasonableness" criteria for NCAs, which is critical for ensuring the validity of such agreements in Ukraine.
