At the invitation of IMPACTA LAW, a delegation of senior representatives of Clyde & Co, one of the leading global law firms, arrived in Kyiv.

As part of the visit, Clyde & Co and IMPACTA LAW, together with AmCham Ukraine, held a high-level business breakfast that brought together leaders of industries critical to Ukraine’s resilience and reconstruction. The discussion focused on the practical conditions for attracting international capital, instruments for mitigating investment risks, including war risk insurance, and preparing projects in strategic sectors to meet the requirements of international investors.
