IMPACTA LAW has contributed the Ukraine chapter to the Chambers Global Practice Guide: International Arbitration 2026, providing an up-to-date overview of the legal and procedural framework for international arbitration in Ukraine.
The chapter covers arbitration agreements and jurisdiction, arbitral proceedings, interim relief, evidence, recognition and enforcement of awards, as well as recent developments in Ukrainian arbitration law. In particular, it examines the 2026 legislative changes that expanded the scope of disputes that may be referred to international commercial arbitration in Ukraine.
