Our Military Law team provides pro bono legal support to servicemembers, veterans, and their families on issues arising from military service, mobilisation, injuries, captivity, missing-person cases, discharge, status recognition, compensation, and access to state benefits.
We also help responsible businesses support mobilised employees, their families, and affected communities. This includes direct legal assistance, training for in-house teams, support in complex proceedings, and the development of practical corporate policies. Our work also extends to international humanitarian law, where we advise on the application of relevant conventions and the protection of rights affected by armed conflict.
